"A person must form a clear and definite mental image of the things he/she wishes to have, to do, or to become, and he must hold this mental image in his thoughts, while being deeply grateful to the supreme that all his/her desires are granted to him/her... In order tho receive his/her own when it is ready to come to him, a person must be in action..." Wallace D. Wattles.
In the large amount of books on personal development, the most described element of success in getting what you want is to have a clear mental picture of the things one wants to have or be, so things will manifest themselves almost magically. While this is a great start, it is not the end of the journey, as we cannot really expect to materialize things out of thin air. Visualization, gratitude, and faith are very important steps, however the last step is often missing in most of the literature: action in the present!
While visualization, faith and gratitude gives you the right mental edge, and actually helps your willpower to achieve your goals, it is present action that actually allows you to take possession of the things you want.
So please, keep visualizing, use your favorite creative visualization method to create a clear and strong mental picture of your wants, and use that power to stimulate your will then act in the present to make the things you want yours!
